I have known about them but I know nothing about how to get them or how to use 'em! If anyone can lend a hand, that'd be great!

http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2510293 I used this guide to learn how to make 'em. I had to move to working on my own after a while, since I'm working on the interface layout itself, but this was a GREAT starting point.

Guess I'm the only one
Honestly this has been broken for a while now and all the other skins are way too vanilla for my taste, so I just stay with it.

Nope. I've never seen a skin that would make me think I need it. :)

Right now Metro, but I used PixelVision for a long time and also have Air installed.

I've been working on my own skin recently ( http://i.imgur.com/hjXvQkN.png ), and I've been kinda curious about what other people use, so I can compare/contrast the things done to change stuff up.
When I'm not developing/using my own, I'm a biiiiiiiiiig fan of Metro for Steam. It's a simple look, but it's nicely organized.
