That's true. While I enjoy puzzles up to 300 pieces, I just don't have time. Even 200 pieces is a lot, so I find 100 or 150 to be fun. Thanks for the GAs and poll!

I think anything above 100 per game (15+ mins to solve) is too much unless you want to ensure that only people that really want the game enter, and/or the hardcore Jigidi puzzlers.
For a longer train maybe up to 200 (30-45 mins) but anything above that is pretty crazy.
For the average non-AAA game I find 50 or less (5-10 mins to solve) to be more than fair.
Of course it's relative since the harder the puzzle is the more rewarding it will be for those who actually solve it (since the amount of entries will be less).
It's also really nice to tell people beforehand what games are in the puzzle so they don't find out they already own it afterwards.
Especially so if there are SGTools checks involved, at least put those before and not after the puzzle.
