Region Restricted Game

Hey. I have a problem. My friend gave me a game: Jagged Alliance: Back in Action.

The game was region locked, but I didn't know this. I have created a giveaway. After giveaway, and request new winner, moderator deleted this giveaway. Ok, I thought, I will create new Giveaway without region locked, but everything what I see, it's

What I must do to create a giveaway? I must create some giveaways :/

Please, don't ban me on Steamgifts, like I said, I didn't know it was region locked.

Why did you request a new winner for the original giveaway? Because the winner couldn't use the key?
