Use the appropriate avenues for support. If you have an issue with another user, submit a ticket with a user report, rather than calling them out within the community or on the forum.

You don't even need to have enhanced steam. If he tells you "here's my steamgifts profile" and you click it and then you click at "visit steam profile", you can see that it's a totally different guy. It's too simple. ;_;

He is already flagged on Steamrep. Nothing much you can do now about the guy except reporting to Steam and get his account banned.
