Everything in an organisation is interconnected ---> Systems thinking. A change implemented in one department may be harmful to another department. When implementing solutions, it's important to consider not just the department/people that's directly involved, but also to take into account other departments.
Too often we think just in silos.

Sometimes I read a case and I do think that. But, that's hardly an option in reality! So the alternative is to work it out with the client bit by bit. Target a priority area and then work from there.

I passed my defense portfolio! After 5 years of online studies (with breaks in between), I'm finally done! It was a nerve wreaking 60 mins this morning - 15 mins presentation and 45 mins Q&A. And I passed!!! YAY!!!
Now there's more time to game, read, watch drama, watch anime, read manga...
