Which explains why there was so much sauce left over from a packet of ribs I bought from Costco.

First set of ribs were the most tender there. Sauce was very nice as well. Then everything went downhill after that.

They were the driest, toughest ribs I've ever eaten. They weren't slathered with sauce, since we could pick our own out of 5 different types (that were all pretty bad lol)
