I think I'd want to add Assassin's Creed Odyseey to those. Not a traditional RPG, but close enough to deserve a mention.

Dragon Age Origins.
However, get the ultimate edition for the $1 or so extra because I don't believe there is a way to upgrade later.

You may enjoy Final Fantasy 14 online

Underrail not to be mistaken for undertale, which is also pretty good

Baldur's Gate 1 and 2 + expansion, with trilogy mod (combines all three into one game)

Tyranny probably the weakest game on this list, but the only one where you can be truly evil
Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 1 and 2
Mass Effect the first game is a good RPG, the later ones move more into shooter territory
Pillars of Eternity
Wizardry 6, 7, 8 6 is kinda meh, but they make a good trilogy; all three games are definitely showing their age, but if you can get past that 7&8 combined are phenomenal
Divinity Original Sin 1 and 2 especially if you can play multiplayer

Grandia 1 & 2 - both are on steam now. Dreamcast classics

JRPG's I would recommend - Persona 4, Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana and Ni No Kuni
