Steam support.

Have you tried reinstalling it?

try to update graphics drivers

Have you tried turning the computer off and on ?

Can your computer play it at all?

Try starting a match against bots or contacting steam support to find out.

Have you tried to set in on windowed mode? (dont know but might help maybe)

Have you tried restarting the game?

I found this in the game discussions, maybe worth a shot.

His problem is that he is playing on a time machine, (Old poopy PC) that is missing its Flux Capacitor.
