Under your profile you have a bar called Contribution Level. If you hover your mouse over the dots you will get a number (1.39) in your case. When the value reaches 2 you will increase level.
The first level you get when you do your first GA. The other levels are exponential depending on the value of your gifts (bundled games only count for 15% of the value). If you want more detailed information you can go to your profile at SGTools.
If you have any other questions, just ask :)

Great answer. I'd like to add that you can view if a game counts as bundled here: https://www.steamgifts.com/bundle-games
Be aware though that this is list is maintained by one person, so it's not always immediately up to date. It also not includes games that in fact have been in a bundle at any given point in time, but also games that fall below a certain threshhold: 95% off in the Steamstore. Thanks to regional differences this mostly affects games that have been discounted below 80% for ROW countries, since at that range the price reaches the 95% off status in cheaper regions such as South America or Russia. Sounds comlicated, but it's really not that hard.

Thanks for the info, this is what I was looking for. I can't believe they don't have this defined!

Remember that anything on this list only gives you 15% of their contributor value. Games gets added to it if they have an effective discount of over ~95% anywhere in the world, as compared to the US steam store price.
(But it's not retroactive, so if you create a giveaway for a game today, and in 2 days it gets bundled, you still get 100% of the contributor value)

True, I should have clarified better.
What's important is the time the game discount happened. If you made the giveaway before it happened, you'll be fine. But the bundle list needs to be updated manually, so it can sometimes take a little while for a game to be added to the list.

You can get a detailed view of your level progress on SGTools - that should help you to see exactly what's going on. You'll reach level 2 when your contributor value reaches $25.
The contributor value that you get for giving a game is based on the US price (in dollars, rounded off). "Bundled games" (mostly games that had been in a bundle before your giveaway started) give you only 15%. So currently you'll hit level 2 after giving an additional $100.67 of bundled games or $15.10 of unbundled games, or some combination of those.
Hope that helps.

After reading the FAQ I still stand clueless as to how this works. I'm currently Level 1 after my first giveaway, and have hosted a few after that. I'm looking to become level 2, but I just don't understand how the system works? In the FAQ it says there is supposed to be a progress bar showing how far away you are from reaching next level, where can I see this bar? And if someone could explain me the leveling system in a way that's easy to understand that'd be greatly appreciated. Thank you, have a nice day! :)
Edit: Thanks for all the responses, I fully understand it now! :)
