Try this %LocalAppData%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions\bgnkhhnnamicmpeenaelnjfhikgbkllg\2.9.2_0 (at least for me)
This seems to be related to background. Maybe try to download 1 background and see what is changed in the folder and in the code.

So today a friend show me that you can add extension that adds backgrounds to your new tab in chrome ...
Now some of those in the pack he sent me are pretty neat , so i wanted to download the source image , without the annoying chrome menus on top and stuff ... however turns out im awful at using google so i couldnt find how to do that ^^
Soo here i am ... Basically i want to know either where they are stored ( if its somewhere locally ) ,or how do i get to wherever online they are being stored , so i can download them from there.
