Steam's Remote Play Quest - Need Help!

This is the last quest I need to complete for Steam's event.

Wondering if anyone can help me get this one done - just need to add someone, and then send the remote play to add to lobby.
Afterwards, can unfriend each other, but I will add you to my whitelist! =)

Was just trying with one person but the Steam overlay wasn't coming up while I was in a lobby - was trying with Brawlhalla

Have you no friends on your list at all? They do not need to be online for this.

No. You just need to send the invite. You can even cancel the invite afterward.

OH ok! Great!

Now I'm just trying to figure out how to open the Steam overlay on the cellphone. I can't get it to come up on the pc using Shift+tab so that I can add them for remote play.
