Well.. hmm. If you are talking about ones that are on steam currently. Right now I would say Final Fantasy 7. Agarest: Generations of War. Deadly Premonition ( Keep in mind these titles are new to steam, but are really old console games. )
Ys games ( though they are not that old really. Since Ys Origin came out around 2006 )

Now for even older games. X-Com UFO Defense & X-Com Terror of the Deep. ( Already have these two on steam tho :P )

Age of Empires 2. GTA San Andreas and GTA Vice City. Baldur's gate games. The older TES games.

I can make a very large list if its not confined to steam. ( at least I do not know if some of the games I would mention is on steam. :P )
