Missing game in Library

Hello everyone!
I mailed to support, but I wanted to ask you how to deal with my case. I added Oblivion Deluxe from my invertory to my library, but it was during overloading servers and the game didn't appeared in my library, but gift disappeard...
What can I do right now?

I restarted Steam and nothing happend... Also, in my account history there's no sign that I added this game to my account

Hmmm...maybe try clicking this on steam (paste in a chat, then click it when it looks like an url): steam://install/900883

Or same, but with 22330 instead. Both numbers are Oblivion store IDs. Maybe it can force the installation process to start and make the Steam recognize the game in your library if something has derped during the server crash.

No, nothing worked... I have the game in Invertory history, cause I bought two copies - one for my friend and one for me. There's sign that I gave it to my friend, but there's no sign what happend to another copy that I used to activate on my own.

Might take some time for it to show up. I added a season pass to one of my games and it didn't show up in View Downloadable Content for an hour. Check the store page and see if it says you already own the game. If it says "You already own The Elder Scroll IV: Oblivion" then you're safe.

Go to Oblivion's store page. If it has the green banner saying "play now" on it. Click it. It will show up in your library then. I had the same problem yesterday when I added a game and this solved it for me.

I don't have Green banner "Play Now', I have to buy it... I can prove my screenshot of my trade history that I owned 2 copies that I traded for 5 keys and one copy I gave away.

Then maybe contact Steam Support. It seems that the game has really vanished.

In the upper right of steam go to "Account Details". Under "Licenses and subscriptions" does it show you activated Oblivion?

Also go to your inventory and in the upper right under "More" click "View Inventory History" to see if anything about it shows up there.

I can't find any information about Oblivion in my Account Details, but I have a prove in Inventory History that I owned this game and gave away only one copy.

That should help you then. Hopefully steam support responds to you quickly. They may be a little bogged down during and shortly after the winter sale though. Good luck!

Maybe it's fixed already, as your profile DO list Oblivion as owned game.

If not, you can only contact support while checking library from time to time.
