Yea I heared about that but NOW I think everyone sending e-mails to him..so I dont think I have any chance to get any help from him.

Well to be honest Its really sad..such a HUGE company and there is not even an 6 or even 4 hours of Live support. So many problems could be fixed in a few mins.
