So about a week ago i was scammed i cannot say who but he knows of course i am still on my 14 day gift refund day but i cannot do so because the so called scammer lets call him Frank, will not tick the box that allows me to refund the gift moving on, a week as passed and frank still has is multiple accounts still trades and still scams i have sent all the proof to steam and even tough they will not refund my gift or give it back to me even with all 101% proof sent to them i would at least like to see the scammer dealt with but the ticket is still open no answer nothing from the steam support so i want to hear your opinions on this we gamers spend thousands of Dollars Euros etc on the steam platform and when we need some costumer support where is it, why is the community still filled with phishers, scammers bots etc? thank you for your time reading this, and have a awesome day

Steam support sucks and won't do nothing.
Nothing new tbh, steam doesn't care about scammers.

Let's say you traded Besiege with Frank, you'll probably gave him 3 keys (money already spent on steam) now Frank scammed you and you still want Besiege, so you'll probably buy Besiege from steam store, another 6/7 bucks for steam. Gaben won.
Steam cares to ban only people who sell stuff for real money, when that happen they lose money and then they suddenly become fast as a cheetah

Report him on steamrep every trader should check steamrep background before a trade.

Steam will reply with some precious info like "the game has been revoked for some payment issues, contact your friend for more info"
