you can backup your data though. it doesn't come with that option but when steamgifts changed http to https, i found a way to export and import all my tags :)

Problem is, script data is tied to PC (not to mention mobiles/tablets, where you don't have scripts at all)

I think that what you're saying is quite reasonable. They could have custom options to add next to each blacklist, not necessarily a whole text. I only blacklist people that have already blacklisted me first. Recently, 2 guys removed me from their blacklist just because they didn't remember why they put me there anyway, so I removed them from my blacklist too, in order to allow them to join my giveaways. Still, the last thing I want is them to remember why they originally blacklisted me and blacklist me again. It would be nicer if they would remember the reason why they added me in their blacklist in the first place, so that they would remove me from their blacklist ONLY if they were sure that the reason for blacklisting me wasn't that important for them.

Don't get me wrong, I don't think the suspension was unjustified, you should still not post closeups of children's genitalia online, even if the context is not pornographic.
Though you just need to read the other posts by myruthus to see why this person might be on a good amount of blacklists by now (I blacklisted myruthus for racist comments in the past, so this is not the only time they've done things that might be considered "bad").

the information is stored locally for those scripts. as a SG feature, that information should be stored on their server.

Basically, I think it would be a good idea when blacklisting someone to jot a quick note as to why you're blacklisting the person.
Several times, I've been invited to a private GA, discovered I was blacklisted, and then told by the GA creator that they couldn't remember why I was blacklisted, and they took me off.
Now, I happen to be very selective with my blacklist (only 8 so far) and I like to think I have a very good reason for why I blacklisted each person on that list. but, by now I have no idea why I blacklisted them. At least one was for admitting to cheating or misusing gifts, but I don't remember who.
I wish I could have jotted a short note (50 characters?) when I blacklisted them, so I can quickly see why I blacklisted said person, and so I can decide if enough time has elapsed relative to the incident in question, and therefore should remove that person from my blacklist.
