I got the North and East Expansions (I'm assuming you mean euro truck 2) bundle thing. It's cheaper then getting just those dlc and you also get some paint jobs. But I don't know what will be the optimal case for you though.
As for which one to get, go for Euro Truck Simulator. For now, it seems to have way more content and I'm sure American Truck Simulator will get a bigger discount during the winter sale (plus it will probably have more content by then).
Also, just got the Crew last week and it's amazing. Really recommend picking it up :D

American truck simulator we don't know yet how much dlc there will be for all the states.
Euro Truck is already very complete.
But finally, if you prefer drive in America or in Europe, buy the one of the region you prefer ! :D

I bought Euro Truck a looong time ago and it's one of the rare games i played more than 50 hours. That means you're sure that you'll have plenty for your money.
The crew is just a totally different game ! :D
Just think if you prefer a relaxing game (american or euro truck) or a fast driving game (the crew) : subjective taste.

I don't know. I have no idea what kind of packages are available.
EDIT: Just checked and after a quick look it seems like the Euro Truck Simulator 2 - Deluxe Bundle would be the best deal. You could get normal ets2 and then the east + north expansion, but it's only 1 euro less and the deluxe bundle gives quite a bit more content.
EDIT 2: I miscalculated in the first edit, it's about the same price, so the deluxe bundle is the way to go.

For now: Prison Architect, Thea: The Awakening, Rainbow Six Siege, Warhammer 40,000 Regicide and the North and East expansions for Euro Truck Simulator 2. I don't doubt this will become more over the course of the sale.
Also got Mirror's Edge Catalyst on Origin, but that has nothing to do with the sale, but with me finally getting money.
Also, thinking about getting Subnautica, but I don't really like games that require a lot of grinding, so does anyone know if that one requires much grinding?
