Nope, I made 36 Giveaways, all of them are received.
But right now, I only have 9 active giveaways.

9 open+5 deleted=14 slots
36 received gifts-14 slots=22 missing

When you delete a giveaway, you lose the slot. You had 15 slots available, then you deleted 6, leaving you with 9 slots. A giveaway slot is considered "in use" until its created giveaway is marked "received."

As far as I remember, you start out with 3 slots and gain an additional one with every third successful GA. That should put you at currently 15 GA slots, provided you haven't deleted any - they'll be lost forever, unfortunately.

You gain a slot for every 3 successful giveaways, so you'd have 3 (starter ones) + 12 = 15.
If you only have 9, you deleted 6 giveaways since you started using the site.

If I remeber it right, you have 3 slots on the start, +1 slot for every 3 giveaways you made which was marked as received, -1 slot for every removed or not received giveaway.

I believe giveaways which have been marked "not received" free up their respective slots. (Hard for me to tell as it hasn't happened to me.) Slots for deleted giveaways are permanently "in use."
[Edit: It seems you are correct in that "not received" giveaways take up a slot. Of course, there is always the option of giving the missing gift to the winner.]

Also if you need more giveaway slots then you can make a support ticket using the "other category" asking for more giveaway slots.

I myself cannot see it as I am a Moderator (and therefore have different pages and options), but I believe there may be a button in the Giveaways section of your profile. Perhaps one of the other users can provide the information?

It's some time ago I asked for extra slots so I used that "other" method then but I just looked in my SG support categories and I don't see\find the category you're posting.

So, after I have reached this limit, I deleted 3 of my active giveaways but I still can't make anymore giveaways.
All my 36 giveaways were received.
And I only deleted 5 giveaways( +1, a key from a 3 key giveaway).
