not everyone is greedy as fuck and for some people even a dlc is a nice gift.

When I saw that one it was on the second day I think and I laughed, I can only assume that the person did it as a joke and probably has a lot of games anyway that it wasn't such a big deal for them.

Only games available in the store to buy, if it's in your 3 top it will give you the 4th game instead, just my theory, no need to be true, I moved GTA V away from 3 top just in case.

I believe one of the conditions of the contest states that you can only win games that are currently available for purchase. So my guess is they would simply skip GTA V and take the next available item.

You wont get it. Its not available for pre-order yet. They are giving away games that can be purchased right now (pre-order or not) only.

I think the latter might be the case.

I'll admit it's possible a few people forgot to put games on their wishlist. However, since to be included in the contest, you have to craft a badge -- buying stuff doesn't count unlike what the poster below said -- I'm pretty sure 99% -- hey, there's always going to be someone really forgetful or something -- of those who craft any badge at all will make sure to put some games on their wishlist, even if they never used it before.

Considering there was some uncertainty in which games would be picked, among other reasons, I can easily imagine some would put exactly 3 games and not be aware that some of them don't qualify.
