You are lucky, usually the gameaway doesn't work, but when it's open, I have 3 tries every day to get a key and usually they are doubles - nothing new.
How do somebody can get several keys in one day?

I d like to be able to blame on the timer over my skills! :)

Guys here said that it's not faster timer, but movement speed in general became slower.

It seems to increase the difficulty level.

Not all mini games are easy to beat after the first key. In my case, I only ever manage to get a second key in two minigames: fighting and hoeing.
So the only helpful tip I can give is: have a small malus (usually my second key I only manage to win if my malus is a -5 sec... with a -7 sec it is hardly doable), and try mostly on these two challenges.

A third key is kind of fable. I never managed to get it. I would suppose you would have to invest a lot in gala credit to reduce the seconds.

I'm always able to get at least 2, but in the past few weeks they made it harder so it's uncertain whether you can get the 3rd! Used to be really easy with the dirt tiles while using 150 leftover points (was even getting 70/60 tiles sometimes), now it feels like I'm controlling an idiot walking through molasses lol :D Seems they go between making the challenges worse and then better again (maybe when they have a lower supply of keys) The only other one you have a chance at getting a 3rd key is the archer challenge if you're lucky and don't have to run around as much! If you kind of stand diagonally from them they may miss you instead

For the 2nd key I usually get it on the watering challenge, I do what this video does and often have 5+ extra seconds :) Just count to 8 between the 2 plants in the row then go down to the next (4 watering per plant) and try to relax so you can do it accurately! If you miss it the 2nd key is usually also easy with the archers or dirt challenge!

With the dirt challenge I usually start on the side that has more tiles so I can get the big rows done and worry later if I need to go out of the way for stray tiles!
