It suggests also, that they were working on a PC Version. Rockstar is known to release Console first and later PC so while it doesnt mean that Console and PC Version will be released at the same time, it suggests to me more that they were working on a PC port simultaneously

Not really confirmed, though, is it. It will happen anyway. The only question is when. If we're unlucky it will have a delay to the console versions of 1-2 years.

As much as I hope this happens, right now it's nothing more than a leak - they could have stopped development, or it could be an honest mistake. Gonna postpone the celebrations until it becomes official, which will probably come post-release if they follow the GTA V model.

Side-note - might wanna change the thread title, it's quite misleading as it is ;)
