Is my suggestion good/worth adding?
I'm sure there are tons of people here who own Bioshock and Bioshock 2 due to the Humble Bundle and have never launched either game. Is it fair to let them have double chance over someone who legitimately wants Infinite (and played the previous ones on console), but doesn't have them on Steam?

there will be no additional entries or increased chances, sg have said that here everyone will have equal chances to win.

My suggestion, is that if you own a future game in a franchise, you will have better chances of winning that game. For example:
Say you own Bioshock Infinite. You then enter a giveaway for Bioshock 1. You would then have better chances for winning Bioshock 1 since you already own Bioshock Infinite, a sequel. Your chances have just been increased from, let's say 1/100, to 2/100, doubling your chances of winning. However, these chances don't stack, however, so owning both Bioshock 2 and Infinite won't increase your chances any more than just owning one or the other. This would allow people who own future games in a franchise to be able to experience previous games in the franchise with more luck than those who don't.
However, there is a second suggestion that goes against the previous. The second option, is that if you own previous incarnations of a franchise, you will have twice the luck.
Say you own Bioshock 1. Then, you entire a giveaway for Bioshock Infinite. You would then have better chances of winning Bioshock Infinite since you already own Bioshock 1, a prequel to Bioshock Infinite. Your chances have just been increased from, let's say 1/100, to 2/100, doubling your chances of winning. However, these chances don't stack, so owning both Bioshock 1 & 2 won't increase your chances any more than just owning one or the other. This would allow people who own previous games in a franchise to be able to experience future games in the franchise with more luck than those who don't.
Both of these would be very complex to code, and maybe it isn't even possible. Also, you have to tell why you dislike the idea/ideas if you do. Go into detail if possible, please.
