Question about standing

Well, it would show up as Not Received on your profile page, lowering your "Percent Received by Users" value. The lower the value is on someone's profile, the less likely it is that someone who wins a giveaway created by that user will actually receive the game they won (but this is more of a cautionary warning, that has little effect on actually getting a gift. There have been people with a 75% or lower received value that still manage to gift their games). "Not Received" marks are usually from GA creators who haven't sent out their gifts, but (unlikely as it seems) I think I've heard about people marking their gifts as Not Received solely to troll (or disguise the fact that they may be trying to regift the game they won).

You are required to maintain a ratio of at least 3 gifts received for 1 gift marked as not received. If you sent the gift but the winner did not mark it as received and you have waited at least one week take a screenshot of the email you sent/your steam gift/trade history and submit a ticket to support.
