Am I really the only one?

Well it's not giving away that's the problem. It's flooding SG with games and dlcs with bundle mostly everyone has/no one cares about that becomes annoying. Very few people give away non bundle games now. But oh well, it's free so can't complain.

The new one doesn't work on firefox. And I prefer that over chrome. Also taking away all those bundle games leaves almost nothing for days.

That wouldn't help at all; as far as I know there's no extension or script that allows you to block specific giveaways, only to hide any giveaway for that game or DLC. If it's something you would enter, then you can't just filter it. For example, my pet peeve is people who buy a couple bundles for a dollar each and put all of the games from them out at the same time, making it clear they're just trying to boost CV (and aren't smart enough to have read up and realized that won't work beyond $30). Just because they're being blatantly self-serving doesn't make me not want some of the games they give out, and I'm not so angry about it I'd make meme posts in a forum about it and wish they'd go away. Their right, whatever. Just saying, if that kind of thing bothers them so much, telling them to use a filter doesn't help.

wha? im sorry, i think i dont understand what kind of filtration u wanna do. u wanna filter out giveaways from certain people or what? because there is add on for every other useful filtering that i can think. u can filter a single dlc, single game, u can hide red CV.

EDIT: u wanna hide giveaways from "CV booster´s", who dont know the 30dollar limit? ...

What I'm saying is that what he wants would be the ability to filter specific giveaways. Not all of anything, just to click on one giveaway and have that one giveaway be hidden. as far as I'm aware there's currently no way to do that, only to hide all instances of that game being given.
