Hey guys.

Is there a good racing game on steam currently?

One where you can mod your cars?

Not a new NFS where you drive lambo's and shit, im talking bout the street racing games NFS used to make like underground and underground 2, those were sick. You were able to mod your dream/favourite rides. it was so sick.

Bah, I hate those games. So few really had much substance beyond 'upgrade until they can't win'.

Unfortunately, I can't name any that are in the style you want, but try Trackmania on Steam since it is at least free.
