Quick question about giveaways.

If your copy of the game is a steam gift, you can directly trade it to the winner, and if its a CDkey for the game you can send it through email to the winner. Depends more on what kind of game you currently have (key or gift) It also must be redeemable on steam to be valid.

If you have a gift, "Send gift" will do fine, or by trading if you or the winner prefers.

If you have a game key, friending them and giving it through chat OR sending it through their email is fine.
