Is staying At Home always this expensive?

View Results
[Tier 1] Not the most efficient use of money, but the T2 and T3 games are no cause for Celebration from where I'm sitting.
[Tier 2] I'm the Envoy Of moderation, not some reckless Mercenary.
[Tier 3] I must truly be High On Life to shell out this much.
[Expensive] To make a Grindstone, I would sure be fine to place 2 sticks, 1 stone slab and 2 wood planks in the 3x3 crafting grid – but not pay that kind of money.
[Skip] Personally, I like different types of Bread.

MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries hmmmmm interesting
EDIT
also thank you sensualshakti

Thinking about Tier 2, Soulslinger is on my WL.

I think you should play the demo before you pull the trigger pun intended ^_^

Game had weak gunplay when I played the demo myself around a year ago (version 0.39), but in the 2 runs (it has roguelike game loop) I saw that upgrades you choose aren't of +5% to damage/defense variety, but actually can affect your gameplay (I kited enemies and took them down one by one in first run, got a nice poison synergy upgrades that made me rush into mobs of enemies and spread poison around me in my 2nd run).

In my opinion, it's a bit of a mixed bag. If guns feel nicer to shoot in the game these days, then I'd say it's at least a competent FPS though.

I actually did play the demo, that's how it ended up on my WL. I liked the gameplay but my only worry is the buffs you choose, a lot of them felt useless. Especially the ones where you lose your stacked buffs if you miss a shot, which is painfully easy to lose due to the amount of enemies that can teleport.

Haha, seems like I preached to the choir with demo playing :p
Ah, these buffs. I avoided them from the get go, so I don't even know the pain...

Soulslinger has been on sale for less than the tier price already so unless you care about the 3 other games, might not be a great buy

Ty for the heads-up. I'm also eyeing MW5, but I'm not sure about that one yet. Back in the day I loved MW3, MW4 and MW:Mercs. But I'm not sure if I'm still interested in the series anymore.

MW5 does have good reviews though but I don't know if it's much of an improvement on the series, more like another game with slightly better visuals

This definitely is tempting. These bundles have been pretty great in my eyes lately from Humble (Fanatical's been dropping the ball hard), maybe starting from the Humble Choice last month. There have been disappointments but I think I've spent more in this period than I have ever before.

T3 "High On Life" is historical low I believe IF you were going to buy T2, which I might.
T2 both are on WL (Mechwarrior 5 + Soulslinger)
T1 has Bread & Fred (WL) + Grindstone (Looks cute)

edit: clicked the super handy itad link since shakti is the best and yeah, new historical low. $12.50 in fanatical (or $11 at lowest) for the game by itself. HB's Holiday bundle was $15 + outer worlds expansion pass but T2 was a hard ask (imo). The Outer Worlds Spacer's Choice was bundled in a Humble Choice, Trover Saves the Universe is non as appealing without VR, and Entropy Centre never heard of so I can't speak to it but was bundled yesterday at $10 with another great bundle. So if T2 was a hard ask, it'd be a $20 bump for High On Life.

edit2: Just noticed Mechwarrior 5 AND En Garde are front page sales on Steam, both which are in bundles for cheaper (technically). The other game that's front page on Steam is Street Fighter 6, which is the big game missing from Fanatical's bundle!

Yeah those bundles just sound way less interesting when you check out the actual on sale price of the games you are actually interested in.
Then you notice you pay extra for games you probably won't play anyway.

Thanks for the chart!

High On Life is a wishlisted game, and Bread & Fred looks good, but at that price I'll have to pass.

Mixed quality, some rebundles and they still charge 25? Pass.

Hmm, tempting bundle, especially for High On Life.
Would had been great if MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries was at least the JumpShip Edition. Too many DLCs.

It is not a tempting bundle for me. I already have High of Live from another bundle and the others do not deserve the payment of 23€

would be more tempted if t1 was cut from the bundle and price was reduced.
need to buy less bundles anyways so that price tag is helping

Only t1 interesting for me, but it's more expensive than it should be, so I'm gonna skip.

"Live at Home"
Well, duh, most people do

LMAO that's just what I thought when I saw the title!
I mean... isn't that the very definition of a home? If you don't "live" at home, where the hell do you "live"? ;)

Technically, it is a sort of: "IGN Live, at home". IGN Live was an event. Here's a summary by IGN: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cgrOXXW59TQ

And the "at home" likely refers to "that event, at home", and/or refers to the Atari title in the bundle. Atari released one of the first consoles, back in the days when video-gaming moved from arcades to homes, and Atari used to be quite a name, as it had a 75% share of the cartridge-game market by 1981.

3 item bundle is a bit of an insult really. A coupon for a game not even in that tier.

A decent bundle, but only interested in Soulslinger, High on Life and Revival. I think, I'll skip this one.
