That message is always there... And your level is only based on games given away... Either they were all added to the list of free games or something went wrong.

For the level issue - Because all of those games have been marked as "no value" by the mods. Meaning, these were given away for free at the point of your giveaway.

As for the message - That message appears for everyone. It's just a harmless reminder :)

While typing out the name, some of them come with a double asterisk (which I'm being unable to type, because the forum code treats it like italics). That means the game was given away for free before, so you won't get any CV from that, and consequently, your level won't rise.
Some games have a single asterisk. That means that they were given away in a bundle that reduced their price to 95% of the actual price, so you'll only get 15% of the value of that game to your CV, and thus your level will go up slower.

All the games you gave away (Overcast - Walden and the Werewolf, Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realm Starter Pack, MAZ! and The Rare Nine), were given away for free before, so they had double asterisks, thus they give you no CV, so they don't help towards your level.

Same thing happened to me but found out that several games I listed had become free so I was downgraded. Check to see if this happened to you.
