May I ask why can't you claim it yourself, region block or something?
Afaik, you can use it, get the keys and use them at your wish, activate it yourself I suggest or, if you want to, you can give them away here, as long as they're Steam redeemable.

Make another email address and keep the codes for selling or trading thief 4 alone will go for alot of money. Don't do yourself out of a good deal here.

I got a bronze coupon with my new pc. I was supposed to get a gold one. They then sent me the gold and i redeemed it on another email address and kept the games. So if you have another email address i would use it. Or just make another email address if there is another game you want from it. That's what i would do.

Why are you trying so hard to talk this guy out of giving away a game, on a site made for giving away games ;D
Of course, redeeming with an alternate email would be a good idea anyway, even if you do give the game away

Why are you all trying so hard to take a game off someone who might not have the knowledge to know that he could actually have a game for himself here? It seems desperate and vulture like to do so. He might not know he could redeem this for himself. I'm just telling him he can. And in any case what some of you are all doing is practically begging. Isn't that not allowed? I'm just informing him of his choices.

" I'm just informing him of his choices." ...and I'm just informing him of the choices he directly asked about, I in no way suggested he should give the game away or otherwise begged

"You could just "drop" it here, first come first served, or come up with a better solution"........ "make a giveaway for it, then give the winner the coupon code so they can redeem it for that game". ..."Of course, redeeming with an alternate email would be a good idea anyway, even if you do give the game away".... "Why are you trying so hard to talk this guy out of giving away a game, on a site made for giving away games"(<< This one sounds gutted that he might not give it away) .... All your suggestions are about giving it away. Where is your balanced and full information? If you were interested in informing him of his "choices" you forgot to add that he could have it for himself.

Maybe you should re-read the original question; "Is it fine if I just give it away here on Steam Gifts?"
Everything you quoted is a direct answer to that basic question that he is asking.
He isn't asking "Can I circumvent AMD's rules to claim an extra game, and if so, how?"
Also, he saw your suggestion, and replied "Thanks man but it's actually bronze reward so I can't get thief, and the AMD website says I can't trade it or sell it. So is it fine if I make a giveaway for it?" So even after seeing your alternate email suggestions, he still just wants to know how to give it away here

Still either way, he could have it for himself. Stop acting desperate for a game. It doesn't matter if that was his question. That was born out of him not knowing that he could actually have it for himself if he really wanted it. I just enlightened him to that knowledge. Sorry if that upset your plans. It seems only you that is bothered by my suggestion. lol jog on. It's one thing to have a spare game or key that you know you have and can give it away, in a "giveaway" it's quite another thing altogether when someone is trying to knowingly dupe another out of something they could easily have for themselves.

Also my "why are you trying to talk him out of it" comment wasn't "gutted", it was a JOKE, that's why it was followed by a winking smiley, and me agreeing that he should claim it with an alternate email

Don't do yourself out of some good games here, just activate the code yourself and either use the game keys or sell them. Especially if it's for Thief 4. Come February, that will go for a lot of money on Ebay. Don't waste it.

There is no way to make a legit giveaway for the coupon code through steamgifts. You could just "drop" it here, first come first served, or come up with a better solution

I don't know what the rules say about it, but you could pick one of the games (take a poll which one maybe), make a giveaway for it, then give the winner the coupon code so they can redeem it for that game. Of course you wouldn't be giving them an actual key directly and they'd have to register on the amd site, so I don't know if the rules will allow that

Hey.
I have an extra unique coupon code for the AMD never settle forever promotion that I can't use.
Is it fine if I just give it away here on Steam Gifts?
Edit: Ok, thanks for your help guy. Someone said I should trade it or sell it but that would go against AMD rules and would void the game code for whoever got it. I just redeemed Deus Ex and made a giveaway, which you can enter here:

Thanks.
