The Bundle might say that but the cost of the individual games is the same as the bundle.
Under the list of games you should see the following:
Price of individual products: $X.XX
Bundle discount: 0%
Your cost: $X.XX
That bundle discount is the one I was talking about.

Well if someone is selling 15 times the same game in one bundle he can also give you 0% discount :)

That's pretty common, when individual games are discounted more than bundle, so it shows 0% but actually often bundle is more expensive...
