Near the 24h-mark I´m at 10 new BLs so far. Thats pretty much what I´d expected, but I´ve also gotten a lot of WLs and a huge ammount of nice responses in this topic and within the train :) So overall its a very enjoyable experience 💗

Thanks for the train! Ignore the haters. It's so weird...I can give crap-tons of games, and yet some people will still blacklist me for inexplicable reasons. There are just some people that spend all of their time being negative, so let them...the bad karma will get them in the end.

I´ve overtaken you with 52 now ;P My personal blacklist is empty too.. there are a few good reasons to blacklist IMHO, but I rather focus on the positive parts of this community :)
I had blacklisted people in the past whenever I found out they have blacklisted me, but since the change that people can´t enter my GAs anymore if they have blacklisted me, this became obsolete.

Hmm... I'm starting to rethink this whole thing from another angle. Blacklisting was cool back in the day, but the good ole "Spock button" works better. No chance to have to see them around on steamgifts if your computer is broken, so everyone wins... sort of...
Of course I voted potatoe too, since Dan Quayle is one of the few humans left on the planet that knows the true spelling of the word potatoe, and how versatile it can be when spelled in this manner. Why not have it as a singular and a plural form all in one? I like it! That way if it turns into more than one potato, you have the e covered already - just add the s! ^_^
Congrats on hitting the 50's and beyond! That's really something. Watch out, or I might go talk about politics somewhere on steamgifts to gain some more! You don't even have to do hardly anything but type a few words, hang out, and check your stats, and BOOM! There they are! Oh, and just checking, I lost a blacklist! I don't know what I did that was just amazing, but it impressed somebody that had me blacklisted, or maybe they just decided to unload or purge the old one perhaps? I did that around the end of this year or last year or something... kinda blending all in, but yeah, I figure there is no point in blacklisting currently, unless something is so egregious... well... if it is that bad, I think it would be breaking the community rules here anyway. I'd just let the mods/admin deal with it, since it would probably have to be that kind of bad. I've seen people returning from very very bad though, so sometimes it still might be appropriate if it's just a temp ban handed out. I'm blabbing. It's a pattern I sometimes (usually) develop. Blah blah ^ at least it can be entertaining to read some of my nonsensical ranting, I hope.
Gotta add the "Spock button" here though - bringing it back around, full circle in honor of the shape of the "Spock button" of course!
P.S. - Perhaps I should have... added a ™ beside each "Spock button" instead. of the " things... eh... it's cool I think. I can edit later.

Im all for "potatoe". It just sounds like it should be written that way.
I guess most of the "unblacklisting" happens from some people who like to blacklist the winners of their giveaways for a while after they win. I have absolutely no problem with that, but it should be common curtesy to leave a message before you blacklist a person for that reason, just so he knows theres no bad blood here.
That Spock-Button™ sounds like a nice addition for every household and workplace 👍

Yeah, like oboe or even my name, Joe. I guess, some Joes do go by Jo though, normally if they are a Joann though in that case. There are a lot of "oe" words. Whew, some of those island languages that are extremely vowel-heavy have a ton of strung together vowels, so those oe's get crazy!
Ah, yeah the blacklist thing... Agreed on the message, since the association with blacklist is automatically bad without some kind of an idea. Back before the reverse-blacklists, I'm sure this did create some probs. Glad I can ramble a little, plus send a bump over at the same time!
I had to check giveaways and make sure they were still going... then I thought... wait, you'd probably just close it around the time they ended.
And, since my brain is all over the place, I just thought of a Hawai'ian word with two oe's in a row in it! And I'd like to grill a few hot dogs or bison burgers over it on a rack/with some sticks... maybe go with some s'mores while I'm at it!
