From what I've learned, doing it at 12-2pm PST, is the best time to do it.
Doing it after 3 is when EU starts to go to bed, and people actually start getting ready to go out and stuff.
Actually, I should make a poll for that. When is the 'best' time. Although that may be heard to do.
But yeah, when I do after 4pm they aren't as big. :p
