Sorry for whining, but I really hate this SteamGIfts tool and giveaways, which made with 100% activated gift requirement.
You see, I won Ultrabundle once. And I couldn't activate it, because the gift were already taken (Steam said so).
All 35 other giveaways were activated immediately.
And now, every giveaway using SteamGifts tool restrict me from participating.
I'm sad about this.

Why did you mark it as received if you got a key that was not valid? Did you read the rules and FAQ. The gifter has to provide a working key, otherwise mark as not received after 7 days.
Did you even contact the gifter about this problem, maybe he just took the wrong key from the site he got the game from. Or sometimes (though very seldom) bundle sites like indiegala or humblebundle give out the same key twice by accident. but they'll fix it very fast!

It was gift, not key. The problem was something about region lock or Steam bug. And I marked it as received, because got it in my inventory.
Anyway, it was a year ago, and I were surely stupider than now. What I wanted to say is that this tool must be little more forgiving.

Sorry, I didn't check your account and didn't know it was that long ago and you were inexperienced back then. And I certainly didn't mean to be rude just in case I may have come across so.
I guess you know by now you shouldn't have marked it as received, if you can't activate it.
So what I heard about Steam bug when activating games doesn't work is that when you give it to a friend (or alt) and he gives it back to you it might be working then.
And on an other note, if you really can't get the gift to work, maybe you can trade for the games you need to activate. You've given away so much here, maybe keep some things for yourself for trading and finally passing the SGtools test... I wish you the best of luck!

So why first? I wanted to try making one myself, since everyone else seems to be making trains! Also wanted to try that sgtools thingy, see how that works. Do tell if I messed that up.
And why last? I like making open giveaways. Not everyone reads these forums, so making an open giveaway with high enough level requirement will reach everyone I want it to reach: those who contribute.
