Hotline Miami 2 from Nuuvem

Hey!
Just a quick question for you. Is Hotline Miami 2 region locked if bought from Nuuvem? It doesn't say anything in the description but I can't add it to cart without a proxy. If someone has bought it, can you confirm it's not region locked. I live in Finland if you have to know!
