As EinAnderer mentioned, if you ask Support, they should be able to either restore your giveaway slots, or give you more. It can't hurt to ask, right?:)

I've just realized today is my cakeday 🍰 so, as a steamgifts tradition here is a crappy train to punish you. I've heard that years ago you were called for a virgin gamer sacrifice (the good old days).
So noob that wasted some of my GA with wrong information, had to delete them and could not create new ones 😞
