You substitute the names of things for their acronyms, e.g. [ÉDUCATION ROUTIÈRE DE LA JEUNESSE]KX-G9V25-X3MC9 -> ERJKX-G9V25-X3MC9 so you end with a Steam key of 3 groups of 5 character each. People use several methods to obfuscate keys so bots don't steal them before people who come here for real can try them.
These have posted too long ago, so probably you're out of chances. In this thread, you must be very quick and lucky to see the post in the first minute.
