Autojoiners, and other black sheeps, don't read descriptions.
Blacklist the ones that aren't able or willing to check if they own a DLC and you will have lesser from them with each GA. Combined with a higher level restriction it could help relative fast.
But in general, yes DLC rerolls are a shitshow.
One of my own had 8 rerolls. I think that was the last that i done public.
Wasn't worth to invest all the lifetime to create the GA, check the winner(s), report half of them, chat with them about the win, make reroll requests and repeat, repeat, repeat etc..
