Mongolia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei Darussalam, Japan, Burundi, Haiti, Hong Kong, Samoa, Singapore, Belarus, Venezuela (Bolivarian Republic of), Lebanon, Lao People's Democratic Republic (the), Taiwan (Province of China), Timor-Leste, Papua New Guinea, Thailand, Philippines (the), Ukraine, China, Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, Congo (the), Albania, Viet Nam, Central African Republic (the), Zimbabwe, Indonesia, Eritrea, Myanmar, Serbia, Macao, Cambodia, Macedonia (the former Yugoslav Republic of), Korea (the Republic of), Korea (the Democratic People's Republic of), Somalia, Malaysia
These countries will be able to activate the ROW keys that the others receive. Exception: Japan won't be able to activate Tales of Berseria and RAD.

All games have region locks (for Asia and RU/CIS).
Asia and RU/CIS receive keys corresponding to their region:

• Asia: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Republic of Korea, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Viet Nam, Macao (apart from India and Taiwan, none of these countries can purchase the bundle, but the key that India / Taiwan receives should be redeemable)
• RU/CIS: Russian Federation, Belarus, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Republic of Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan (Belarus, Ukraine can NOT purchase the bundle but should be able to redeem a key purchased in a country from this region)

Exception: India seems to receive ROW key for CODE VEIN, maybe for other games too.

The rest of the countries that can purchase the bundle receive ROW versions.
