When the game says ''Press Any Button To Continue'', you press [Button's name].

"RMB", if that doesn't work, "Space"...
and if it's a console, or gamepad comatible game "X button" (Playstation X button)

Space. Or Esc to see what happens.

Reset. It tends to work quite well.

Usually enter or space. But sometimes I press "Wake", which is as close to "any button" as you can get. When the computer is working, it does nothing. When the computer is in sleep mode, most buttons will wake it up, making "wake' not so special.

I roll my face on the keyboard

I usually play with one hand on my mouse and the other on the number pad, so for me, "Any Button" is usually the NUMPAD Enter.
