A question about region restriction

So i've got an offer on barter but the game that interests me has region restriction, says ROW: NA. As far as I know row stands for rest of the world, so why does NA appear after it? But my real question is: is it redeemable in EU region, or not? Thanks!

It depends on the game. Check SteamDB if there is a package that is restricted to a region for that game

I just take a look and if it's Life is Feudal, there should be no restrictions at all

I think this game has an NA restriction and cannot be redeemed in the EU.
But it is not exactly. I advise you to check on steamdb. Or on the Steamgifts forum, if the game is from some kind of bundle (usually they give information about regional restrictions here).
