Can you trust Green Man Gaming?

Probably a mistake, I have bought from them for years.

Trusted for sure, some of the stuff I gave away here was from them even.

I bought Spec Ops: The Line and the Sleeping Dogs Pack less than 15 minutes ago. I activated both the keys without any problem. And some other games in the past. Never had any problem with them. It might be an isolated incident so you should probably contact and ask them to provide another key.

i have easily spent more than €200 on gmg. what happened to you is a simple mistake. contact support and they will send you another key asap.

I have bought about 20 games from them and have received all of my keys.

I just brought Spec Ops: The Line from them, and I'm having the same problem of a duplicate key. Bit annoyed but pretty sure they'll give me another key or a refund if I email them.

Contact support asap. I bought a lot of games there and never had a single problem.

This actually happened to me too, with a Just Cause 2 key, but they gave me my money back.

That is odd.. I have bought several games and have not had an issue at all with them. About 13 games not including some games I traded in. ( Semi regret one of my trade ins but oh well :P )

If what you are saying is true I would contact support ASAP and get it figured out and fixed.

They're a perfectly legit business. You need to contact customer support ASAP -- they should give you a new key. This happens sometimes, and it's not necessarily their fault.

I've made 80 purchases through them including some bundles, so it's more games than orders. The only problem I ever had was the Total War Complete pack didn't include all the advertised DLC. I contacted support and received a nearly immediate response. Within 24 hours I had Steam keys for all the missing DLC and I believe they went out to everyone who bought the pack as well. This was especially nice, considering (as I recall) the Steam listing for the complete pack didn't include these DLC either. They were newer than the complete pack. The prices are usually better than Steam because of the vouchers on top of the 75% off sales.

Just contact GMG support. I haven't had an issue with keys, but I am sure they will work it out to your satisfaction.

I've had only good experiences with this company... send a ticket using the support option.

I bought some games but never had this problem.
