Well in my opinion the combat is more fluid and the best thing I saw was a serious dual wield sword build, which is something almost impossible in the original Dark Souls.

Dark Souls 2 look amazing. I hope they keep the story telling the same, through dialogue and mystery. But as far as combat goes, it looks pretty damn good.

Looks good. I like the new stuff, the dual wielding class seems to be fun.

As long as there is no GFWL, I'm in.

Looks nice so far. As for dual wielders, have you tried keeping the Crest Shield on your back? You still get the stamina recovery bonus that way.

Nope, but I'll give it a try one of these days. (Artorias set with both Greatswords (normal and cursed version) in combat looks too damn awesome).

I count the days I have to wake up and praise the sun without Dark Souls 2.

I'm liking everything about Dark Souls 2 that I've seen so far... except the aesthetic. I like the melancholic feel that the aesthetic of Dark Souls gives off, but Dark Souls 2 looks a lot brighter, and unnaturally shinier. I know, it's a dumb thing to complain about, but it still bugs me.

I'm sure we'll get something nice and Blighttowny, they're probably just showing us the bright and shiny bits for marketing purposes. You know, see that dark thing in the distance, near that other dark thing? Isn't it cool? :)

Demon's Souls first world was also blight and shiny. And also the second level of Dark Souls.

Unfortunately, I don't have PS3, so I haven't played Demon's souls. I have seen videos of it though, and I don't remember a place that's "Bright" and "Shiny"... I remember one that's bright, but still had a melancholy feel due to the minimalism of the colour pallet though.

It can't look better. I think they've improved Dark Souls in both graphics and gameplay. This one looks even more realistic, and enemies behave properly too (that guy falling on this back just to get you is too damm awesome).

Yes, that was great. I want to see all the new ways they will troll us, i.e. here comes the backstab, oh what's he doing? splat! :)

Hope if it's popular there's a chance for a PC Demon's Souls... Buying a console for one game is a bit much...

This is my #1 wanted game. Yet I have to continue on Dark Souls and Demon's Souls.

I was a little worried that they would make it easier than Dark Souls to appeal to the more casual crowd, but it doesn't seem like they have. I try not to get too excited over games that aren't out yet, but it's definitely looking great so far.

Dark Souls is my favourite game for a loooong time, so I cant wait for DS2. These gameplay vids have been out for a while now though, you got me excited as I thought there might be a new one in this thread :-s

I've put about 1,000 hours into the xbox version of dark souls and about 200 into the pc version... so yeah, I'm pretty excited for the second one, haha.
