Are the temperatures in good stats ?
1 What hardware do you have
2 Fans work at full speed - why?
That case look like vacuum sucker.) That hole at front panel, and PSU position.)
And may you post photo of your case inside?

Idle temperatures don't mean much with just this data. What is the CPU? Is it overclocked? What is the ambient temperature? What is the current fan profile? And most importantly: what are the temperatures after 15 minutes of a Prime95 stress test?

Hey guys, thank you for taking time to answer my offtopic post. I am currently at work but will do the Prime 95 stress test when i'll reach at home.
For now i can tell you the config of my PC and a pic i took last night when i finished building it up:
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P400S Window Black
Fans: 6x 120mm fans (all the possible slots (2 on top taking out the air, 3 in front taking in the air and one in the back taking out the air)
Proc: AMD FX X8 FX-8350, 4.00 GHz, 16 MB AM3+
Proc cooler: Thermaltake CLP0606 NIC F4 2x 120mm fans
RAM cards: 2x Corsair Vengeance Blue 8GB DDR3, 1600 MHz
Video card: ASUS Radeon R9 270-DC20C 2GB GDDR5 256bit
Power supply: Zalman ZM500-LX 500W 12cm fan PFC active
Motherboard: ASROCK 970 PRO3 R2.0
SSHD: Hard disk Seagate Desktop SSHD 2TB 7200RPM 64MB SATA-III
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 2.5" SATA III 120GB
As for the picture, you can find it here:

Fx-8350 + this mobo + Tower cooler = high chance for VRM failure * you need top down fan to cool it , even small one will keep VRM safe, becasue standard box cooler give also airflow to cool down VRM. example http://www.overclockers.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=118344&d=1352211461

I'd be a little concerned with the AUXTIN, going by your specs below. It should be reading memory, North Bridge and South Bridge sensors. I find that strange. It looks like everything else is cooled properly, though, so I'd say it's most likely nothing to worry about. Idle temperatures don't really mean much, without specifically looking at each individual piece I'd say you're most likely safe through about 90°C.

Ok guys, so I finally reached home and I have gathered additional data:
The room temperature is around 24 degrees Celsius;
Also, the 5-6 minutes test with Prime 95 results are:
Hardware monitor Nuvoton NCT6776
Voltage 0 1.34 Volts [0xA8] (CPU VCORE)
Voltage 1 1.79 Volts [0xE0] (VIN1)
Voltage 2 3.26 Volts [0xCC] (AVCC)
Voltage 3 3.25 Volts [0xCB] (3VCC)
Voltage 5 1.68 Volts [0xD2] (VIN5)
Temperature 0 35°C (95°F) [0x23] (SYSTIN)
Temperature 1 66°C (150°F) [0x84] (CPUTIN)
Temperature 2 63°C (144°F) [0x183] (AUXTIN)
Temperature 3 40°C (104°F) [0x28] (TMPIN3)
Fan 0 1394 RPM [0x572] (SYSFANIN)
Fan 1 1384 RPM [0x568] (CPUFANIN)
Please note that I have monitored all the process and the temperature kept on slowly rising during the entire test. Also, when I stopped the stress test, the CPU temperature drastically dropped around 20 degrees Celsius in a matter of seconds (20s-30s).
Note: The Prime 95 stress test option used was "blend" (test some of everything).
Side note: I did not make any adjustments for the fans (yet) but most likely, as talgaby suggested, will probably disable the front upper fan in order to keep the fresh air from the front panel fans in the flow.
Once again, thank you guys for all the help here, really appreciate it !

So i have recently purchased the Phanteks Eclipse P400S Window Black case and installed a total of 6 coolers on it. The current idle temperatures (recorded with HWMonitor) are:
Hardware monitor Nuvoton NCT6776
Voltage 0 0.88 Volts [0x6E] (CPU VCORE)
Voltage 1 1.82 Volts [0xE4] (VIN1)
Voltage 2 3.28 Volts [0xCD] (AVCC)
Voltage 3 3.28 Volts [0xCD] (3VCC)
Voltage 5 1.68 Volts [0xD2] (VIN5)
Temperature 0 31°C (87°F) [0x1F] (SYSTIN)
Temperature 1 33°C (90°F) [0x41] (CPUTIN)
Temperature 2 62°C (142°F) [0x185] (AUXTIN)
Temperature 3 40°C (104°F) [0x28] (TMPIN3)
Fan 0 1370 RPM [0x55A] (SYSFANIN)
Fan 1 1383 RPM [0x567] (CPUFANIN)
Can you guys let me know if these are good temperatures ?
Thank you in advance !
