didn't want to bother the support with this.

i am giving away a collection of games and i want to be certain that someone who doesn't own any of the games gets it. do I need to ask permission first to support if the winner has one of the games to have a reroll or is that already in the rules?

edit: it is a private giveaway

I think you can't ask for that on a public giveaway. Such rules can only be in place in private / group giveaway afaik.
