One of my nephews was born on December 25th. I wrap one present in non-Christmas paper and say "Happy Birthday" on the tag so he can at least sort of feel like he's celebrating both.

My birthday is on 23rd, but I really don't mind. I prefer not having a fuss on my birthday and just spend it with a friend or two, so I keep hoping people will forget about it over their Christmas preparations. :)
Many years ago I did celebrate my 35-and-a-half-th birthday in a park with close friends and family over beer, hot dogs and bosna, just because I felt like it that year. Was great fun and proved my point that the date of your birthday is such a meaningless, arbitrary thing. ;)

since most people i've met in my life have been so cheap to pack my birthday and christmas together when gifting something, i'm gonna do the same and post a bunch of giveaways for my birthday (20th), christmas (24th), new year (30th), and my cakeday (jan 12th). =3
