Aw c'mon, ubisoft, you're turning into EA with their CoD every year. Yes, it's profitable, but why dont take a break for a couple of years and do really good game like AC2 was?

i i hope people dont preorder this, not after what happened with 3. i cant say i like this or i hate this since i havent seen any gameplay at all, but the pirate concept is preety good

Not sure how leaked this is with the ad at the end for gamestop. I'm not ecstatic about the pirate idea but this is the stuff that got me excited about this series in the first place. They can literally do anything they want with the character and still have it be assassins creed. Cold war era soviet, sure. Iraqi freedom fighter, why not. Hell they could make you judas and a mission is to kill jesus, they could make anything work. Not that that last one would make a good game but still, people would buy it.

Loved AC2, but the series has gone downhill since then (culminating in a buggy as hell AC3). I'm happy to hear that they will be focusing more on the naval battles, since I really enjoyed that portion in AC3, but I will be holding any expectations until the game comes out. Honestly, if they just bug-test more, I'll be happy (If I/my horse falls through the ground again...)

i like this, he seems like a better protagonist than connor, i just hope they make him speak more than him. i wonder if he has accent...

Sick of the comparisons to Call of Duty. At least this series treats us to decent-good games every year. I will admit I had problems with 3 and wanted them to take a year off to refine things, though.

The Pirate setting looks interesting, but a little Pirates of the Carribean-y to me. I'll still get it and enjoy it, though.
