Just a regular puzzle

And by "regular" I mean "a puzzle with regular expressions"! Just experimenting with things after seeing this, and I'm interested in how many people here are familiar with regular expressions. If you don't know what regular expressions are, you probably don't want to try to solve it, but if you're willing to do so, I won't stop you. I'm now only able to get one all-green answer, but Steamgifts tells me it can't find the page. =(

EDIT: And I tried it backwards just in case I was reading it the wrong way, still no go

The regex can easily solved, but it not always the link.
And didn't brute force the regex answer
