I think Mully's post was laced in sarcasm, but generally speaking, I think many if not most of us (myself included) are far better at identifying that a problem exists than we are are seeing ways to make it better. This is overly simplistic, because there are countless things that we simply have no control over, but there's still truth to be found here:

Does it? I hover my mouse pointer over the time (x seconds/minutes ago) and it'll tell me the exact time based on the Unix timestamp that the website uses internally. So if anything then the web server's time is off - and I respect that.

Top of the hour is the at the same second almost everywhere in the world, independent of which hour. Were you referring to the 11:00pm in my post above?
I know people can be sad if they don't get something that they thought they will get... but by now the rules of the game should be clear, and people's expectation set accordingly.
If not, then I'll suffer the consequences (blacklist +1 after less than an hour of this thread, after 9 months with not a single blacklist entry increase).

i don't care so much about me, because i will trade the game next day on ST, but the way you give the win to winner and then the winner didn't get the game is bad... it makes no sense for me... you should give the key to the person who posted... :)
