If it's not in the list, the best thing to do is contact support (by raising a ticket, asking them to add this to the dropdown).

Giving a game away under the wrong title just creates problems for everybody :)

Mostly this. Although if you are in a REAL hurry you could give it as something containing LESS items.

For example you could give it as Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II - Retribution Tyranid Race Pack I do not advice this though. It's always better to contact support.

The cases when this is NOT permited is when giving bundle keys as one of the games included.

Edit: I just saw your edit Woody. @OP, you better get some glasses :-P
