It will be again on sale in the final days, steam usually does this with the most selling games.
Btw, go for the GOTY, I bought the game alone long time ago and it's said that the history DLCs are pretty neat. Now it's more expensive to buy both than the GOTY edition (same as Skyrim, that EACH history DLC is almost more expensive than the legendary edition...) DAT Bethesda

I'm not sad yet. There's been a few things I consciously skipped though - Dishonored being one of them actually.
But you know, budget. And there's a lot of lower-profile/smaller games I'm interested in that are getting good deals this time around.

- CS:GO discount when it was -80%... I could have earned big money that time while I earned nothing
- PlayWay's Sim Bundle which was -95% and I wasn't able to buy it as I was visitting my grandma (SteamGuard didn't let me bought anything from the new device - lesson learned)
- Nimble Quest which was -90% and I somehow missed it while I would like to play it right now
- Verdun which was very cheap for a moment - I forced myself to buy just 3 copies instead of, let's say, 10.
- Many more I can't recall
I hope that list will make You at least a little happier :)
Also...
PROtip: Never ever buy a game if You are not going to play it within next 2-3 months. It will most likely be either bundled or cheaper in that time.

No need to be sad mate. Maybe its for the best. I mean, they announced the Definitive Edition at the E3. So wouldn't it be better to wait for that version ( as it has all the DLC bundled with it ) and buy that one for a discount rather than the original game and then try to buy each DLC separately ?
